I have had a terrible experience trying to find a good solar company to work with. Multiple headaches from SunRun and 2 years later (yes we waited SunRun out this long and they still never scheduled panel install!!!) we found Sunray Solar Solutions.
Sunray has been great! We had our panels installed one day (just 3.5 weeks after the first call with them, by the way, SunRun...) but wanted some extra time to finish some home repairs before we had the electrical run so it wouldn't interfere with the work we needed to do as well. Sunray worked with the electricians to do a portion of their work on the day the panels were installed and waited an extra couple of weeks to complete it, no questions asked. They were more than willing to work around our needs to accommodate everything we are doing around having solar installed. Great service thus far! Still waiting for final inspections and permission to operate from PGE though.

This has been a great experience. Sunray Solar Solutions has closely monitored every aspect of installation and activation. They are prompt and congenial. Always providing great service. They are on time and work together well to solve the needs of the customer from the first representative you meet to the activation specialist. My solar and roof are beautiful. They even work out all the details with the power company, applied for and obtained all permits and set me up for payment. First off let me say that James Lowery with Sunray is the greatest, he kept me updated on everything that was going on so I was not left behind.
And the installers came on time and seemed very conscientious about what they were doing by checking inside to make sure that no screws or things were coming through the ceiling and there were no problems inside.
When they were finished for the day they informed me when they would be back to finish up. They came on time and finished the work very quickly. When they left they made sure I understood what was coming next.
